Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cookies with sticks.
Step 2
Prepare color flow icing, reserve some full-strength white and tint remaining flow icing pink and thin down.
Step 3
Position cookies on cooling grid placed over waxed-paper-lined cookie sheet. Cover with thinned down pink color flow icing; let dry.
Step 4
Use tip 2 and full-strength white icing top pipe scallops around heart.
Step 5
Attach gummy favor heart with white color flow to cookie.
Step 6
Tie ribbon around stick.
