Celebrate a Budding Romance with these dainty cakes. Reminiscent of a wedding cake tier and topped with fresh flowers, the individualized cakes are perfect for an engagement party or a wedding shower.

Instructions:

Step 1

Tint 1/3 of each 24 oz. of fondant using Lemon Yellow with a little Golden Yellow.

Step 2

Bake and cool jelly roll cake using firm-textured batter such as pound cake.

Step 3

Using Comfort Grip cutter, cut out 2 circles for each cake; stack, ice and cover with fondant.

Step 4

Roll out fondant and cut approximately 28 squares for each cake using smallest Cut-Out.

Step 5

Attach squares to cake sides in diamond fashion, starting on top and trimming bottom diamond as needed.

Step 6

Pipe tip 3 dots at meeting points and add tip 6 ball bottom border.

Step 7

Insert flower spike at an angle in cake top and position flower just before serving.
