Instructions:
Step 1
Bake and cool cupcakes. Ice smooth with buttercream.
Step 2
Using punch with Large Circle Cutting Insert, cut out circle from Green Stripes Sugar Sheets! Cut in half using Rotary Cutter, and attach to cupcake.
Step 3
Using punch with Small Circle Cutting Insert, cut out circle from Light Green Sugar Sheets! Write number with FoodWriter. Brush back of circle with piping gel; attach to cupcake.
