2 days in advance: Make hand topper. Tape pattern to board; cover
with parchment paper. Outline hand with tip 3 and full-strength
black Color Flow icing. Flow in details, one color at a time, using
thinned icing. Let dry 48 hours. Carefully peel off parchment paper
and attach cookie stick to back using full-strength icing; let 4 in. of
stick extend at bottom to insert into cake. Let dry.
