Rated 4 out of 5 by from The sugar sheets are an awesome way to add nice touches easily. I use Viva paper towels to smooth out the frosting after it has dried and set for a little bit. When melting the candy, be careful to use a well dried bowl for the double boiler; I have messed it up before by a few water droplets being left on the bowl and the candy not melting correctly. These are very fun gift cakes, like for a valentine's party or for bridesmaids, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I loved how these looked and how easy and fun they were to do. I had a client whos parents were celebrating 50 years so I added the # 50 in the gold gel to the middle of the hearts. I also used the light blue sheet so I had pink and blue hearts. They were a great hit at the party.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you can't find pound cake, brownies will work in a pinch (although they will be heavier). Measure carefully, you will be happy you did.
