Two to Three days in advance: Make fondant wedding guests. Use fondant colors from Multi Packs and coral-tinted (rose and lemon yellow) white fondant; add 1/4 teaspoon Gum-Tex to each color being used. Roll out 3/16 in. thick as needed. Use people Cut-Outs to cut heads, shirts (extend or trim off sleeves on some), pants and shoes. For women, use knife to cut thin bare legs and arms. Shape hands from flattened 3/8 in. balls of fondant; cut fingers with knife tip. Let dry on cornstarch-dusted boards. Assemble using fondant adhesive. Use royal icing to pipe tip 2 outline, swirl and zig-zag hair-dos over back of heads. Let dry. Turn figures over. Attach Lollipop Sticks to legs using royal icing, leaving excess extended at bottom to insert into cake. Pipe tip 1 dot eyes and outline smile. Let dry.
Finally in advance: Make hearts. Tint 4 oz. fondant red. Roll out Pastel
Pink and red fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use Cut-Outs to cut 18 large
and 18 medium hearts (nine of each color). Use damp brush to
attach medium heart to large heart of opposite color. Attach
Sugar Pearls border using fondant adhesive. Let dry 24 hours.
Bake and cool 2-layer 12 in. cake (bake two 1 1/2 in. layers for a
3 in. high cake) and 1-layer 6 in. cake. Ice smooth. Prepare for
Stacked Construction. Pipe tip 6 bead border on 6 in. cake;
pipe tip 8 bead border on 12 in. cake. Attach hearts to cake sides
with icing. Position topper? and guests.

cut to fit, on the cake where you position any
figurine or topper. This protects both the cake
and your keepsake. For extra stability, secure
your figurine to the plate with double stick
