Make fondant features. Tint a 1 in. ball of white fondant light Christmas red. Roll out
1/8 in. thick. Use knife to cut an oval tongue, 1 1/2 in. wide x 2 3/4 in. long. Use edge of knife
to indent center of tongue. Position tongue in front of head.
For nose, use reserved brown fondant to shape an oval, 1 3/4 in. wide x 2 3/4 in. long. Melt
light cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use melted candy in
cut disposable bag to attach nose to head. For whisker dots, roll out remaining brown
fondant in. thick. Use narrow end of tip 12 to cut six circles. Use damp brush to attach
circles to head.
For sunglasses, tint 2 1/2 oz. fondant black. Roll out in. thick. Use knife and pattern to
cut sunglasses. Use damp brush to attach to head.
