Make cake circles. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cake in cookie pan, 1 in. high. Use cake leveler to trim cake to 1/2 in. high. Use round cutter (1 3/4 in.) to cut four cake circles for each treat.
Assemble treat pops. Tint portions of icing teal, light burgundy, dark burgundy, yellow and green. Push one cake circle into bottom of treat pop. Use tip 2A, a cut disposable decorating bag and desired color icing to pipe a swirl of icing from back edge following the curves of the container, then filling the center. Repeat to add two more layers of cake and two different colors of icing.
Clean tip before using with each new color of icing.
