Step 1

In advance: Make cookie head. Prepare and roll out dough. Use pattern to cut out head; with knife, cut 2 x 2 in. supports for head. Bake and cool cookies.

Step 2

Bake and cool cake. Level head area. On cookie, use tip 3 to outline and fill in inner ears; pat smooth. Pipe tip 12 dot eyes, tip 3 dot nostrils, outline smile. Attach supports to back of head with royal icing.

Step 3

On cake, pipe tip 3 outline nails and tip 16 star spots. Cover remainder of cookie and cake with tip 16 stars. Pipe tip 16 e-motion tail. Position cookie on cake.
