Use heart mini punch to cut 26 hearts from white edible paper; attach. Use
border punch with scallop insert to cut six strips, 1 1/2 in. wide x 10 1/2 in. long,
from white edible paper. Attach strips to board, scallop edge out. Trim as
needed. Cut six strips, 1 1/2 in. wide x 10 1/2 in. long, from light pink edible paper.
Trim to 7/8 in. wide. Use mini punch to cut a circle in each scallop. Attach strips
over white with piping gel, leaving 1/8 in. white outer border.
