Rated 5 out of 5 by from This cake was wonderful... everyone loved it. It was easy t do with the pan sold by Wilton. I decorated it with the Wilton recipe for butter cream icing and tip #12. I made the butter cream recipe in white with almond, butter and clear vanilla drops mixed for flavor and colored it with the primary colors kit. The only tricky part was to outline the the bow so it would look neater but I pipped it with the Tip # 3. A good suggestion would be to put the Quick release by Wilton in the baking pan so you can get a better shape of the Hello Kitty face. I made it with a pink bow and everyone loved it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made a Hello Kitty cake and placed on top of a 2 tier cake making it a 3 tier cake. I used a 16 inch round pan for the bottom tier and a 12 inch round pan for the middle tier. Made both tiers double layer. This cake was so heavy, I used a real solid wood board to display it at the birthday party. I blinged out the bow with silver dagrees. The imprint on the cake pan made it ez to decorate! I followed the instructions on the sheet that came with pan. Totally easy! The birthday girl was so ectatic!!!! Have another coming up in July! Hello Kitty is a big hit!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made the Hello Kitty cake for my niece's 5th birthday party. Everyone was very thirlled with the cake and the mother did not want to cut it. It was my first cake using a Wilton Pan. I later made the Hello Kitty with a Santa Cap and enetered it in a local craft Store which was having a Hello Kitty cake andcupcake competion. I did not win but I had a lot of positive feedback. Thank you Wilton. Since makin this cake I have made several others. Thank you Wilton.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My daughter has been a fan of Hello Kitty for awhile now and when her birthday came up in May, I seen the pan and instantly grabbed it!! The directions on the paper insert were very easy to follow and it was a breeze to decorate!! I found it easier to do my black first then the red then the yellow and finally fill in the rest with white :) I recommend this cake to any Mom for their daughters birthday cake at almost any age!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm a Hello Kitty fan. So I decided to make this cake for my baby girl who turned one. The baking was straight forward but the decorating part took forever as it was my first time piping. Mind you as well I had one featherweight piping bag so cleaning after the use of one color was a pain. Otherwise, the cake turned out perfectly. I would totally make this cake again in a heart beat.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Wilton site is great. I was able to locate this cake pan and preview the instructions prior to purchasing the pan. I have made this one as a test cake and am looking forward to making it for a little 3 year old in another week. She will be very excited! Thank you for the ease of products and having such detailed instructions for completing the decorating process.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to follow directions on the back of the cake pan. I suggest slightly overfilling the pan so when you cut off the excess cake you have a nice thick level cake. You don't want to have it be too thin. Overall this cake was a breeze to decorate with a star tip and larger wilton 16'' bag. This way your not having to keep filling the smaller bags.
