Heart Tasty-Fill Pan is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 52.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I found this pan at hobby lobby in the clearance section for $6.11 I am a beginner baker and cake decorator I used this pan to do a white cake with a blackberry whip filling covered with buttercream icing, I also took white chocolate and created a double heart topper. Everyone was impressed to include me when it was cut open to where you could see the heart shaped filling and also the double heart topper made. The cake made a nice center piece at a gathering of friends. I have several people asking if I will make the cake for them for Valentines Day. The pan is very easy to use and came with several nice recipes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from With this pan you can create so many wonderful and gorgeous cakes You can make cakes for many occasions. For example you can bake one for a baby shower, blue hearts for a baby boy, pink hearts for a baby girl! It could be used for a engagement party, or better yet for a proposal! For mothers Day you don't necessary need to do the hearts on pink, you could use lime green or purple, and the best occasion to use this pan is near by... St. Valentines Day for that day you just have to let your imagination run!! So many beautiful cakes coming to my mind right now! I would be so excited if I could win this pan for my girl Julie Ann, she loves to bake and believe me she can bake. I know she would be very happy if she can use this pan for her creations!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy to use! I decided to buy this amazing cake pan to bake a special cake for our wedding anniversary. I am so glad I did. At first, I thought it might be tricky and wondered if I had bitten off more than I could chew. However, my fears were a waste of energy!! This is so easy to make, and the "wow factor" is great too. Thank you Wilton for creating such a great idea. I loved it, and everyone was asking what my secret was. My only disappointment was the directions to make the filling were poorly communicated, even when I looked at the you tube and Wilton videos, all I found was a list of ingredients, so I had to figure out how the strawberry sauce part was made. Apart from that, I was extremely happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I enjoy the many possibilities that this mold offers for mixing different combinations of cake flavors and fillings, especially for those who are bigger fans of what's in the cake, rather than of the cake itself. I used this when making two separate cakes for the same day (the other was with the checkerboard bakeware set), and this one was incredibly simple in comparison and took very little time to make. My one qualm was with using ice cream as a filling, but that was due to the nature of ice cream itself (soaks into the cake when runny enough to pour into the heart groove [and the issues that arise when trying to flip layers together], difficult to cut when the entire thing is firm). Otherwise, I am a fan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this pan. I have used this pan many times and I always get raves about the cakes. My favorite is the one I made as a "practice cake" for a couple who was getting married, they were thrilled when they noticed that the filling was heart shaped. The pan is so easy to use and versatile that I will probably never get rid of it. It makes doing a layered/filled cake unbelievably easy. I highly recommend this pan to anyone who likes to make cakes. Be sure to liberally apply Cake Release or other pan coating in the corner areas. I have a filling that is always a hit, simply take a 6-8 oz jar of your favorite jam (strawberry and blackberry are good) and mix it into an 8 oz tub of frozen whipped topping. Then refrigerate until you are ready to fill the cake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This pan was very easy to use, once you know which way the pans need to be filled, etc. I followed the pictures on girlbakes blog (thanks!). One box cake mix that weighs 18.25 oz is just enough. Double check the box, cause most boxed cake mixes are 16.5 oz and that WILL NOT be enough! I put chocolate chips in my batter and was worried that the cake might not come out well, but it did. I greased it with some butter. Overall, I like it! Can't wait to use it again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I've made two cakes with this pan and neither have been successful. Both cakes stuck to the pan, the heart mold was ruined in the first (used non-stick spray as in instructions), and the cake halves are stuck firmly in the pan this time (used crisco to coat pans generously). The cakes aren't burnt, what's going on? I can't put wax paper on bottom of the pan because it is molded and the wax paper will leaves dents and wrinkles in the cake surface. I would not recommend this product, unless you know some advanced tricks for keeping the pans nonstick.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a very well made pan- everything I have made has released easily and perfectly. The only problem that I had was when I made my first cake I only used one cake mix. It wasn't quite enough batter when baking to raise completely and make a smooth bottom. I now use two cake mixes and my left over batter makes extra cupcakes or cake pops. I also make sure to make my filling a little thicker than normal so that when you slice your cake the filling stays in place.
