Prepare and roll out dough. Cut cookies using second largest
heart cutter. Cut out center using second smallest cutter. Bake
Outline heart with tip 3 and full-strength color flow. Flow in with
thinned color flow; let set. Using knife, score 3/8 in. wide
angled stripes. Brush alternating sections with piping gel; cover
with red sugar.
For monogram, trace third smallest heart cutter
on back side (shiny side) of Sugar Sheets! with black FoodWriter.
Draw monogram on front side with FoodWriter. Cut hearts with
scissors; attach to back of cookie with full-strength icing. Let dry
on waxed paper-covered board.
