Having A Growth Spurt Cake is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was my first attempt at making a 3D cake. It took a LONG time to ice and build up the features but was WELL worth it in the end!! I actually had alot of luck with the ponytails! The icing can get heavy, so try to use sparingly if possible. This was also my first time using the candy melts and I fell in love!! Everyone was so impressed that I "made" the flowers etc too!! I love the fact that this was made from a BEAR!!! I have done other characters as well, and have had requests for them to be made too!! I also wish the icing techniques were more detailed in the instructions, especially for beginners. Would make a world of difference! Overall - GREAT PROJECT!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The pony tails just did not want to stay in place on this one! It is also a lot of star work and pull out work for the grass on the cupcakes. As I do not enjoy making character cakes (would prefer to work with fondant), I didn't really enjoy making this one. It was very cute when done though! And I like the flexibility for the number of people to serve, just add more or less cupcakes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for my niece's 1st birthday years ago and I'm going to make a baby version (crawling on a cloud) for my sister in laws baby shower this weekend. It took a long time to make but it was worth it. My pig tails broke when transporting so I suggest maybe assembling the pig tails after if you are traveling. I used bendable straws and piped the frosting over it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this little girl cake for my daughter's 5th birthday. It was so much fun making this cake and everyone loved it. It was kind of hard doing the pigtails, but I managed to get them. It turned out awesome!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is the cake that I made for my daughter's first birthday. It turned out great, but it took me a long time to get it the way that I wanted it. I hqve also made it for a 'customer' as well....
