The ?20s will come roaring back with this flapper girl cake pop! Use Wilton Candy Melts candy and Red Ready-To-Use Rolled fondant to create this dancing diva.

Step 1

Make bow loops one day in advance. Use 9 in. fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out a 1 1/4 in. ball of red fondant 1/16 in. thick for each treat. Use fondant trimmer to cut one strip, 1/4 in. wide x 1 1/4 in. long; one strip, 1/4 in. wide x 1 1/2 in. long; and one strip, 1/4 in. wide x 1 3/4 in. long. Reserve remaining fondant.

Place red cake sparkles in zip-close plastic bag. Use rolling pin to crush cake sparkles to a fine texture. Use brush and piping gel to brush one side of each strip and immediately sprinkle with crushed cake sparkles.

Shape a loop from each strip and attach ends with piping gel. Pinch loops together at end. Use damp brush to secure. Let dry overnight on parchment paper-covered surface. Reserve remaining cake sparkles.

Step 2

Make cake pops one day in advance. Prepare medium cake ball pops and insert sticks following recipe directions.

Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use primary and garden candy colors to tint portions of melted white candy light orange (for skin tone shown), red, black and pink. Dip cake pops in melted skin tone candy. Chill until firm in stand 10 to 15 minutes. Reserve remaining candy.

Step 3

Decorate cake pops. Melt light cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Use melted light cocoa candy in cut parchment bag to pipe hair. Use melted black candy in cut parchment bag to pipe eyes and eyelashes. Use reserved melted candy in cut parchment bags to pipe skin tone nose, red lips and pink cheeks. Chill until firm in stand 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 4

Assemble hat. For headband, use fondant roller with pink guide rings to roll out remaining red fondant 1/16 in. thick. Use fondant trimmer to cut a strip, 1/4 in. wide x 5 1/2 in. long. Use brush and piping gel to brush one side of strip and immediately sprinkle with crushed red cake sparkles. Use piping gel to attach around pop. Use melted red candy in cut parchment bag to attach loops to side of headband. Chill until firm in stand 3 to 5 minutes.
