Mold candy monster hands. Melt limited edition caramel apple and black Candy Melts candy, separately, in parchment bags according to package directions. Use melted caramel apple candy to fill mold about half way. Tap mold to smooth and remove air bubbles. Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes. Gently flex mold to unmold candy hands. Cut lollipop sticks to 3 in. length. Use melted caramel apple candy to attach lollipop sticks to back of hands. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Mold monster hair. Use melted black candy to pipe hair, 1 in. to 1 1/2 in. long, on parchment paper-covered board. You will need approximately 30 strands per treat. Chill until firm, about 3 to 5 minutes. Gently peel parchment paper from back of candy.
Make cupcakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cupcakes.
Ice cupcakes. Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Tint green. Use spatula and green icing to ice top of cupcakes.
Decorate cupcakes. Use point of knife to poke a hole on side of baking cups, about half way down. Insert candy hand. Use icing to attach candy eyeballs and two candy pieces of hair to eyes for eyebrows. Insert remaining candy hair in cupcakes.
