Half-and-Half Dipping with Candy Melts®


Prepare treats to be dipped, if necessary. Most fruits should be washed and dried before dipping. If using pieces of bananas or apples, dip them first into lemon juice to prevent discoloration and allow to dry. In a bowl, melt desired amount of Candy Melts® following package directions.

Pierce fruit with dipping fork. Dip one side of fruit in one color of melted candy.

Tap to remove excess.

Rotate fruit so undipped side is facing down. Dip fruit in the other color of melted candy.

Tap to remove excess.

Step 5
Step 5

Place fruit on Candy Melts Parchment Paper. Use toothpick to drag back and forth between the two candy colors.

Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
