Using royal icing, outline scrolls with tip 5; let set. Overpipe with tip 4, then tip 3, then tip 2, letting each outline set before adding the next. Use tip 4 to pipe a new outline 1/8 in. out from first scroll. Overpipe as above using tips 3, 2 and 1. Move out 1/8 in. and pipe a tip 3 outline; overpipe with tips 2 and 1. Move out 1/8 in. and pipe a tip 2 outline; overpipe with tip 1. Move out 1/8 in. and pipe a tip 1 outline. Pipe tip 1 dots around last outline. Roll out reserved green fondant 1/4 in. thick. Cut circle using largest cutter from set; attach to cake top with damp brush.
