Make front door. Use white icing to outline door 1 5/8 in. wide and fill in with vertical lines. Roll out candy and cut into small pieces. Use white icing and spatula to ice side panels of door and attach candy. Use white icing to outline panels and door. Attach candy for door decoration and doorknob.
Make all windows. Use white icing to outline windows and fill in. Pat smooth. Use red icing to pipe in curtains. Use green icing to pipe candles. Roll tiny flames using yellow fondant. Attach to top of candles. Attach candy under windows.
Decorate house front. Use white icing to pipe beads on front seams of manor. Use green icing to pipe scroll coach lights on sides of door. Use yellow fondant to shape flames, attach above lights. Use candy for wreath under eave.
Decorate sides of house. Attach candy under eaves.
Outline house. Use white icing to pipe zigzags at corners of manor.
Decorate roof. Use white icing and pipe scallops on roof and line on roof peak. Attach candy to roof peak. Use white icing to pipe icicles along eaves.
Decorate base. Use spatula and icing to ice base. Attach candy for trees.
Decorate cookies. Girl cookie--roll out fondant 1/16 in. thick. Cut out and attach for dress. Attach candy. Use white icing to pipe dot eyes and outline hair and mouth. Boy cookie--Use white icing to outline and fill in pants. Pat smooth. Use green icing to outline pants and pipe suspenders. Attach candy.
