Spray 13 x 9-inch pan and rubber spatula or wooden spoon with vegetable pan spray.
Roughly chop 1/2 of Candy Melts candy; reserve remaining.
In large saucepan, melt margarine; add marshmallows. Cook and stir until melted. Add cereal and chopped Candy Melts candy; mix well. Spread into prepared pan.
Prepare cookie sheet with parchment paper. When cool to touch, cut using 3 in. tall gingerbread boy cutter. Melt remaining Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Dip cut outs in candy; shake to remove excess. Place on parchment-lined sheet to set. Decorate with white icing.
