Step 1

Prepare cake pops following recipe directions. Press cake pops mixture into gingerbread boy molds. Chill in refrigerator supported on cookie pan until set. Unmold.

Melt dark cocoa Candy Melts candy. Dip ends of lollipop sticks into melted candy and insert into gingerbread boy treats. Chill until firm.

Spread melted candy on back of pops with a spatula. Chill until firm.

Step 2

Cover cake pops with melted candy. Place pops candy side down on cooling grid over parchment paper-covered cookie pan. Use a disposable decorating bag to cover pops with melted dark cocoa candy. Tap grid lightly to spread candy evenly. Chill until firm.

Step 3

Decorate boy pop. Melt red and white Candy Melts candy.

Use melted white candy in a cut parchment bag and pipe dot eyes, string mouth and zigzag arm and leg trim. Use melted red candy in a cut parchment bag to pipe dot cheeks and buttons. Chill until firm.

Step 4

Decorate girl pop. Melt red and white Candy Melts candy.

Use melted red candy in a cut parchment bag to pipe in dress and bow. Immediately cover with red sugar. Chill until firm. Shake off excess sugar. Use melted white candy in a cut parchment bag to pipe dot eyes, dots on dress, string mouth and string hair.
