Rated 4 out of 5 by sweetiepie from I made this cake for our 5th wedding anniversary and it turned out great. I used a store-bought 2-layer lemon cake mix and added a filling made with the cook & serve lemon pudding. Then, I frosted the whole cake with a can of vanilla icing. It was my first time using fondant, but I made my own with marshmallows and pastel color drops. It was fun to decorate with flower and leaf cutouts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BeatlesFan from I made the garden of delight cake for a 1st birthday party and it came out great! I used the grass tip instead of lining it with leaves and added bees and butterflies. This basic cakes leaves a lot of room for creativity. Here is a picture of my finished cake: http://www.flickr.com/photos/nfalcone/5767315279/ It didn't come out perfect, but it was really a joy to make and I received a lot of compliments. Thanks for the great idea!
