Hi. Can those sugar sheets be applied to icing or fondant only?

I've only used the lettering on buttercream so far and didn't have any problems!

Thanks!!! I'm making a double layer white cake with strawberry filling. Should I use a cream cheese icing or buttercream? I'm not sure what icing would go better with fondant. Any suggestions??

A cream cheese icing will require refrigeration and if you are covering the cake with fondant it is not recommended to refrigerate fondant covered cakes.. I would use a butter cream icing. Bunny Woman's mock shack recipe is great..
