I need a similar one with pleats rounded over the base and I can't find any info on them. I thought I could use styrofoam from online stores but cant find any rounded side bases. I see them often on elegant cakes at shows. Anyone know?

sewsweet2 posted directions on making this kind of base. They sure are pretty, aren't they? Puffed Base Tutorial Earlene Moore sells puffed base directions for $14.00. I hope one of these choices works for you.
