Does Wilton have a "Sand" icing paste? If not, what colors would I need to combine to achieve a sand color for my fondant?

I would use as much brown as necessary to achieve the desired shade of sand.

I guess it all depends on the color of your sand. My first thought was Ivory, but I guess brown will do too.

I guess I think brown because the play sand we use at preschool is definitely more brown in color. Different sands at different beaches :-)

I was thinking a mix of ivory and brown with maybe a tinge of orange.
