Hi...I was just asked to make a birthday cake to feed 50. What size cake will do that? Is it common to stack sheet cakes...like a 12x18? Thank you

When I do sheet cakes, they are generally one layer, but you can stack if you want too. Just have a sturdy enough board underneath.
