I need help-am doing a birthday cake and I need to make some fondant sculptures. I cannot seem to get the fondant pieces to stick together. They do right away, but after they dry, the pieces fall apart. Any suggestions?

Are you using a "glue"? and egg white is a good glue

The glue as describes helps, but plain water works too. As long as the figures are not consumed you can insert wires or straws or something else to add structural support to the pieces. That will also help prevent gravity from pulling on them apart while drying.

Vanilla extract or Almond Extract or BC is really good too to stick it together
