I am just starting this "business" and I am trying to figure out much I should charge to make chocolate lollipops. I live in Japan on a military base so I have to order everything online and have it shipped so I have to account for that into my costs as well.
I dont know if it would be better to charge per dozen or 1/2 dozen or per piece and if I use more than one color chocolate should I charge more?
----PLEASE HELP-----

Figure out your cost (Chocolate, stick, cover bag, and tie), how many you can make per recipe + your time from start (gathering supplies and tools) to finish (including clean up time) and then multiple it by "X"! Some say times 3, while others say more. Depending on what your market will tolerate! At a minimum at least double your expenses.
