I am not sure which is better....Regular or Unsalted butter. Please let me know.

It is your choice.

I always use unsalted, because that is what I keep on hand for other baking. Unsalted butter lets me control exactly how much (if any) salt I will add.

The amount of salt added to salted butter is not standard, so you never quite know whether you'll want to add some, or if the amount is more than you'd like to have in a particular recipe. But if you use the same brand consistently and you like the results, I see no reason against it.

If you use unsalted you can control how much salt is in the recipe. I never have unsalted in the house so all my recipes begin with salted and if I like them, I keep using the salted butter

Most prefer unsalted butter, thus you can control how much to add.

Thank you for all the advice. I only have salted butter in the house so I will try that.
