When making ganache that calls for a 12 oz bag of chocolate chips and a cup of cream will it fill a half sheet when whipped to a fluffy filling? Thanks.

What do you call a half sheet?


This will be enough for a 1/2" thick filling for a 11x15" pan. You can also fill a 12x18" but it won't be quite as tall.
