I do a double decker, chocolate chip cookie cake (two 12 in round layers with butter cream between) . . . will this recipe be just about the right amount of dough? Thanks, much. Lou

They never EVER go to waste. My Dad can smell them baking 3 miles away and he always shows up on my doorstep wanting some for his lunches for work. Yah.....I spoil my Dad rotten!

Had plenty for double-decker cookie cake, then took your advice and bagged up lunch-size portions for grandkids' lunches...they were happy campers!
