Take your favorite crusting or non crusting buttercream recipe and add melted chocolate into it. In the icing sections there should be some recipes.

I like this recipe. I use a total of 1/3 cup cocoa powder for a stronger chocolate flavor. If you don't want it that strong, use only 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

I love the recipe that Spooky is talking about but I have only tried it in the vanilla flavor--not chocolate. I am not sure if it would taste like store bought though? If you try it, please let us know what you think it taste like....
I am confused why you want to make an icing taste like store bought? Unless you don't want the preservatives etc...

Whenever I want to make chocolate icing, I only add 1/2 a cup of cocoa powder + 1 tsp of instant coffee !!! ;cool; The coffee intensifies the chocolate taste, but you don't taste it !!!
