I have an order for a 3 tier wedding cake and the woman is trying to decide on flavors. She said she recently had a Snickerdoodle cupcake and she loved it. Anyone have a good recipe for this? What kind of filling would be good for it?

I have made the snickerdoodle recipe above and it is WONDERFUL!! It is my most commonly asked for cake/cupcakes. I fill it with the cinnamon buttercream and then frost with vanilla buttercream...it is sooooo good!

I just made a Snickerdoodle cake with cream cheese frosting for my co-workers and they devoured this cake! People were coming back for seconds & thirds.

This is the recipe I used:
1 Box white cake mix
3 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 T. vanilla
1 T. nutmeg
2 T. ground cinnamon

For the frosing, i used the Kathy F's cream cheese icing recipe, and it tastes sinful together! Guaranteed you will get awesome compliments when you make this frosting w/ this cake!

Enjoy!
