I can't find 16 oz bags of marshmallows anywhere. Anyone ever make it using a 10.5 oz bag? If so, how much powdered sugar and water do you use? Also wondering, if you use flavoring in you fondant do you cut back on the amount of water you use?

I use the 10.5 oz bag all the time. I just weigh out additional marshmallows (which is about 1/2 a bag) to make up the difference. I can't find the 16 oz. bags around here anymore either. I would subsitute the flavoring for the water as well.

I only can find the 10 oz bag also, so I buy two bags and use about 2/3 of the second bag. I eyeball it. If its to dry I had more liquid; if its to sticky I add more sugar. I use BW MMF recipe.
