I made these for my Granddaughters birthday party July 4th. I did not stripe the inside of the bag, instead I wanted to try something different, so I put (very carefully I might add) all three colors of buttercream in the same bag and it worked just like I wanted to. Only thing is you have to clean the bag out before refilling!

Those turned out great! Hey, there's a technique that does the same thing and you don't have to clean out the bag before refilling! I have to say I haven't tried it yet but it seems easy. Go over to General Information and search "frosting bullet" and there is a tutorial of how to make this. HTH

Very cute. My birthday is July 5th so for most of my birthdays I end up making my self a cake that is red, white and blue. When I was little I also had a cake that was red, white, and blue in someway.

Those are amazing! They look so good to eat, and simple yet pretty to make.
