I need to make a cake to feed aprox. 100 people. I had planned on doing a 3 tierd cake with double layers using a 10", 8" & 6". Will this be enough cake?

Thanks

This chart should help you decide what size your cake pans should be. The chart is for party sized slices, 2" x 1.5" x 4". Your plan will leave you short of cake.

I always use this chart and it is spot on... I personally stay away from the 6" I find it just too small... Usually always due 12,10,8 especially if there will be other desserts and it works out just great...
