If you are asking if you can freeze decorations you have made until time to put them on a cake I say no don't do it. If you do when you take them out they will be very wet from the temperature changes. Even putting them in the fridge will make them sweat and they will need to have time to dry. If you are making them ahead of time then put them in a box until you need them.

No need to freeze. If you want the decorations to be pliable put them in an airtight container or under plastic, if they do not need to be pliable, just put them in a cake box or someplace where they will be protected from dust, but not in an airtight container.
