Here's a little cake for a friends husband. He's a manly man, so I think this design is very fitting. The name is a play on the patches found on Wrangler jeans.

Fantastic! How did you make your belt buckle? It looks like the real deal! It's never crossed my mind to replicate a belt buckle. What a clever idea!

Sugar Pie, The buckle is just mmf with gum tex added. It was really easy to do. I just made a base, attached the rope border. then you make little doo dads and squiggles with fondant to go on top. You could even texture the fondant too, that would be neat. for the horse head, I just laid an image on top of some rolled out fondant, traced around the outline to make an impression on the fondant, and then cut it out with a knife, added hair and details. Then I brushed it with silver pearldust. That's what really made it. I've done another one too it's on here somewhere. You could probably search for horse with mrswilkerson as the author and find it if you wanted.
