I made this last week for my nieces 5th birthday. The cakes are 10, 8in strawberry with strawberry cream icing...that is her favorite tower and housing are RKT's covered in fondant(used cobblestone impression mat)...all detailing attached with RI. Tryed to make the colors vibrant and her favorite color is pink! Had 1 1/2 hr trip and made it there perfectly!!! pheeeeeww, I was a little worried!

Oh, my goodness. I had to go back and re-read what you wrote after I opened the first picture, because I thought "I must have read that wrong. Surely that tower and house is a toy she put on top."

gwez...I just used pink foil The 14in board is cut from a piece of plywood. I needed it thick to ensure the security of the dowel rod that is holding the whole tower. I used a 2inch screw so it definitely wouldn't budge! It all worked out really well!

That is Amazing!!!! I would love to do this cake for my daughter, she just turned seven and has blond hair past her bottom. Maybe for her next birthday, thank you for being so creative!
