This cake is for a dinner tonight for my brother and son's Masonic Lodge. I used a corner cut pan (12x15) and a 6" square.

The Emblems were molded from candy coating and then brushed with gold and blue Luster Dust.

With the exception of the Compass and Square, the entire cake was Buttercreme.

The Honorees are being recognized for work they have done for the Lodge......and I'm proud to say one of them is my son.

Awesome! Beautiful cakes! My grandparents were both top dog in Eastern Star and the Masons. Can't remember the proper title. In Rainbow, it was Worthy Advisor. They pushed me into Rainbow. I enjoyed it but didn't go far. My Dad was also a Mason. Great organizations! Congrats to your son and brother!

I like the shape of the bottom cake too. Can you buy corner cut pans? i've never heard of them. You did a great job, good idea for the emblems.
