Hi. I am starting my own cake business and I have a request for a baby shower sheet cake to feed 100 people. Would this be a full sheet cake? I understand a full sheet cake pan would not fit into my oven, but if I make two and put them together - is this enough for 100 people?

What are the sizes of a 1/2 sheet? And full sheet? Is there a majoyr difference b/w a 2 inch or 3 inch pan once baked?

Thanks!

WELL WHERE I COME FROM
9X13 IS 1/4 SHEET
11X15 IS 1/3 SHEET
12X18 IS 1/2 SHEET
18 X24 IS A FULL (USING 2 12X 18 PANS) AND THIS IS THE ONE I WOULD USE,
THE 2" AND 3" ARE WHAT THEY SAY 1" DIFFERENCE AND THE SERVINGS ARE THE SAME, I DON'T USE MY 3" PANS
ONLY 2". TO EACH IS OWN ON THAT.
