Sounds cheap to me. I charge $2 per serving (cupcake) just like a regular wedding cake. My reasoning is this--although the construction is easier, the decorating is more intensive, since each cupcake has to be decorated individually with a flower or something. You'll also need to color coordinate them so that people know which are the white, chocolate and carrot.
