I made these 3 for my oldest niece's wedding 8-25-12. the big rough cakes were white w/ raspberry filling, the smooth w/ pearls was lemon w/ lemon buttercream filling and icing. 24 strawberry cupcakes w/ strawberry filing and cream cheese/buttercream icing.

I like the rough sides of the cakes -- it makes life so much easier when you don't have to have a smooth cake.
Was the G purchased or did you make it? Your cakes are very nice. Keep up the good work.
