I mixed a few tablespoons of chocolate ganache in my chocolate cake which has cream in it and didn't realize that I now shouldn't leave the cake pops out until Saturday because of that. It is all in the fridge tonight and will start tomorrow. I have never done these. Can I refrigerate them after I have dipped them? Will there be condensation? Will they crack? Otherwise, I think I need to start over.
