Has anyone made a cute Elephant Cake pop. I am having trouble coming up with ideas for the trunk and nose. Thanks for any ideas.

I am thinking fondant? I am at a loss. I would recommend asking in the general section also, teh ladies there are VERY creative.
Or, if you are on Facebook, "Like" the Bakerella page and post your question there. A lot of ladies on that page sell/design pops as a business and might have ideas to help you.

Good luck!

I have the book "Whats new cupcake" and they use candies (tootsie rolls, laffy taffy, etc). I haven't personally tried it yet, but they look like they work really well in the book.
May even taste better than fondant

We just made elephant cupcakes and used candy coating fof the ears and trunk. We layed out a piece of wax paper and made or designs on there with the candy and once they dried, attached them. You could do the same for cakepops, everything would just have to be smaller.
