Does fondant have an expiration date and if so where do I find it? Also, same question for food coloring.

Food coloring will start to get clumpy when it sits for a long time, but add some glucose to it and you should be go to go, I can't imagine it would expire. As for fondant I think most is a year from open date, but it will probably be unworkable after it sits for awhile anyway. Hope this helps!

I was told that the Wilton food color has a shelf life of 2 yrs.
Fondant has a shelf life of 18 months. And if you freeze it good for an indefinite time. That is what someone from Wilton told me.
