Topic: Tangled Tower Cake

Just made this cake for my daughters 4th Birthday. It was quite a challenge not having any instructions. I made the tower from rice crispy treats and royal icing. Combination of pound cake and more rice crispy treats for the rest. The structural mechanics I used where the Wilton 5-tier Cake display.

The cake for the guests was a 14" round white cake at the base of the tower.

Wow, that cake is really amazing!! I have an almost four year old who loves Tangled, that cake would be a huge hit in our house.
How much time did you spend making it? I imagine you put a lot of time into it!

I started about 2 or 3 weeks ahead to figure out proportions and what materials to use. I started doing the fondant shingles and the tower part 1 week before. Mostly the last 2 days where time consuming with assembly.
