Posted: Wednesday March 14, 2012 9:39 PM Just made this cake for my daughters 4th Birthday. It was quite a challenge not having any instructions. I made the tower from rice crispy treats and royal icing. Combination of pound cake and more rice crispy treats for the rest. The structural mechanics I used where the Wilton 5-tier Cake display. sweet p's Posts: 18	Posted: Monday June 04, 2012 3:27 PM I started about 2 or 3 weeks ahead to figure out proportions and what materials to use. I started doing the fondant shingles and the tower part 1 week before. Mostly the last 2 days where time consuming with assembly.
