i need to make a black and gold fondant cake.. i know how to get black but how do i get gold fondant..

Do you mean the color gold (like goldenrod) or a shimmery gold?

You can use a golden yellow coloring fondant, then paint with gold edible glaze on top.

Americolor makes a Gold paste. I have used it many times and then brush on gold luster dust. Turns out beautiful.
