Topic: Water color technique on royal icing
Beero 09/21/2011 6:49 AM
Hi everyone !
I wonder if the coloring gels would work to paint with simulating watercolors ? I want to paint a watercolor picture on a giant cookie covered with royal icing. I know I will be diluting the gels but no idea with what , any advice ?

I would use vodka, everclear, or lemon juice. Please post a picture of the cookie when it is finished. It sounds like it will be beautiful.
