I am a new cupcake maker and I want to make the following icicng design:
Can someone please tell me what tip I would need to make this design, also and tips for having this consistancy of icing. I am not interested in fondant icing - i like buttercream and better yet, cream cheese!
Any help would be great.
A medium consistency buttercream, perhaps a little on the soft side, should work for this purpose.

Remember that cake frosted with cream cheese will need to be refrigerated.
I will try today. This started with me wanting to make extra special cupcakes for my soon to be 1 year old's 1st Bday ... now I am addicted.
Thanks for the reminder on the Cream Cheese - I just don't like the chewiness of fondant and many buttercreams are too sugaryand not creamy enough. I sure will have fun trying!
